Conditions for Refund, Resend, or Return
1. Orders Delayed:
– Orders lacking tracking updates, in transit, pending, or expired 60 days after departing from our warehouse are eligible for review.
– Exceptions:
– For orders shipped to the USA, eligibility is 45 days after departure.
– For Brazil, eligibility extends to 110 days due to stringent customs clearance.
Note: If a package is pending at the local post office due to an incorrect address or unclaimed status, we encourage customers to contact their local post office or pick up the package directly.
2. Orders Not Received:
– Refunds or resends will not be processed for orders where tracking information shows the order as delivered.
– If a package has not been received despite delivery confirmation, a non-delivery certification from the local post office with an official seal is required.
Tracking Information Alerts:
– Refunds/resends may not be processed if tracking indicates issues such as incorrect address, refusal, customs clearance delays, or other related alerts.
Important: If an order is returned due to customer inaction, Wumodas will not be responsible for lost products. Returned items may be stored, but no refund will be issued.
3. Products Damaged:
– We offer full refunds or replacements for products that arrive significantly damaged.
– Partial refunds or replacements are available for minor damages that do not affect product functionality.
Note: Refunds are not provided for damaged packaging alone.
4. Incorrect or Missing Products:
– For incorrect items, we offer a full refund or replacement.
– For missing parts that do not affect product functionality, a partial refund or resend will be provided. If functionality is affected, a full resend will be arranged.
