How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Delivery then takes between 7 and 20 days, depending on your location. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it on the delivery partner’s website. Need it in under 5 days? Contact us and we can arrange express shipping with DHL, UPS or FedEx for an extra charge.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend. The one exception is our four cabin suitcases, which are only sold to a list of 22 countries shown on each suitcase page. Express shipping is optional and costs extra.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, so please check sizes, colours and packed dimensions before you order. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 7 days of delivery (14 days with Shipping Protection) and we will replace it or refund you. The full rules are in our Return & Refund Policy.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. For severe damage, a faulty product or a wrong item, we send a replacement or give a full refund. For minor cosmetic flaws we offer a partial refund of up to 50% (up to 65% with Shipping Protection) and you keep the product. With Shipping Protection you also have 14 days instead of 7 to report a problem. Details are in the Return & Refund Policy.
My parcel is late. What should I do?
Delivery takes 7 to 20 days, so please check your tracking first. If it shows no update, or is still in transit, 60 days after it left our warehouse (45 days for the USA, 110 days for Brazil), contact us with your order number and we will review it.
Tracking says delivered, but I did not receive it.
Please check with your neighbours and your local post office first. We cannot refund or resend a parcel that tracking shows as delivered, but if it is still missing we can review it with a non-delivery certificate from your local post office, with an official stamp. Parcels held or returned because of an incorrect address, a refusal or because they were not collected cannot be refunded or resent.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards, and PayPal. Checkout is encrypted, and we never see your card details.
What is Shipping Protection?
An optional add-on at checkout for $2.66 per order. It is our own guarantee, not an insurance policy. It covers a lost parcel, a damaged item, and a wrong or missing item, gives you 14 days after delivery to report a problem instead of the standard 7, and a higher partial refund for minor cosmetic flaws (up to 65% instead of 50%). It does not cover a change of mind, customs duties or taxes, wrong addresses or normal wear and tear. Read the full terms on the Shipping Protection page.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties set by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or refunded.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, for a full refund, as long as it is before processing begins at our warehouse. Contact us as soon as you can. Once an order is processed it cannot be cancelled.
